When you book accommodations or services at CASA ULU, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation. Your booking requires a valid credit card for confirmation, which will be securely processed through our server.

By completing your reservation, you accept the associated rates, charges, and website terms of use. For details on how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Statement.

BOOKING OPTIONS

Online Booking: Check our availability and prices via our online booking system and book directly.

Special Needs or Group Requests: Email us at info@casaulubali.com or send a message via WhatsApp at +6285942514044. Our Manager will respond within 24 hours with options and prices.

BOOKING TERMS

Adults Only: We only accept guests over the age of 18.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not final until payment is received and you have received a confirmation email.

Total Payment: Total payment is required during the booking process.

Automatic Cancellation: Bookings will be automatically canceled if payment is not received.

Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without prior notice before bookings are confirmed.

Events and Group Bookings: Subject to separate terms and conditions. Please inquire via email at info@casaulubali.com.

Photoshoots and Drones: Not permitted unless approved by management.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 2 PM; check-out time is 11 AM.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds for Credit Card Payments will be made after payment is completed and after the bank declares that there are no irregularities in the transaction.

“Shorten Stay” & “No Show” for confirmed bookings will not be refunded.

For group or corporate bookings, cancellations can be confirmed with Hotel Reservations by an authorized representative of the group, or the person making the reservation.

PAYMENTS

Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-In: From 2 PM.

Check-Out: By 11 AM.

Late Check-Out: Between 11 AM and 2 PM, subject to availability and will be charged up to 50% of the rate. Check-out after 2 PM will be charged at a full night rate.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide is necessary to process and confirm your reservation and may include collecting this information in a personal profile.

Use of Information:

To contact you if there is a change to your reservation.

To create a profile for future reservations.

To notify you by email, if you have consented, about special offers and promotions.

Disclosure: The information you provide may be disclosed to parties with a contractual relationship with CASA ULU, such as banks and service providers. CASA ULU may have legal obligations to disclose information as required by law.

POOL

Use at Own Risk: The hotel does not have a lifeguard. Guests swim at their own risk. Smoking, glass items, or other breakables are not permitted in the pool area for health and safety reasons.

VEHICLES

Parking: Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

SMOKING

Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms, including terraces, are non-smoking. Smoking inside the room will result in a cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000. 

LIABILITY

It is highly recommended to get travel insurance which covers any potential loss during your vacation including illness, injury, death, damage, loss and cancellation.

CASA ULU is not responsible under any circumstances to replace or return any unused portion of accommodation and other related services.

CASA ULU is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury and death suffered by guests staying both inside and outside the villa.

While we make our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our website, we are not responsible for any changes and alterations made by the management. 

CASA ULU is not responsible for the loss and damage to the personal belongings of guests and visiting guests including the car and personal belongings left inside.

CASA ULU’S GOODS AND BELONGINGS

Property Care: Please treat CASA ULU and its belongings with care. Items such as towels, decorations, and furnishings are not to be taken from the rooms. If taken, they must be returned, or you will be charged for replacement costs.

Pop-Up Store: We offer items for purchase in our common area. Please reach out to our staff for assistance.

ALCOHOL POLICY

At our villa, we strive to create a serene and welcoming environment for all our guests. To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, we have established the following policy regarding alcohol consumption:

Responsible Consumption: We encourage all guests to consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking that leads to disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Guest Conduct: Any guest who is visibly intoxicated and unable to maintain control of their actions, such as being unable to walk unaided or causing a disturbance, will be asked to leave the premises immediately. This includes but is not limited to sitting or lying on the stairs or any common areas in a state of intoxication.

Denial of Entry: We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest who is excessively intoxicated and poses a risk to themselves or others. This decision is at the discretion of our staff and is made to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Safety and Security: For the safety and security of all guests, our staff is trained to handle situations involving intoxicated individuals. If necessary, local authorities may be contacted to assist in maintaining a safe environment.

Liability: Guests are responsible for their behavior and actions while under the influence of alcohol. Any damage caused to the property or inconvenience caused to other guests as a result of intoxication will be charged to the responsible guest.

AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Request Changes/Cancellations: Must be in writing via email to info@casaulubali.com. The email must state the booking date, name, and booking number.

Cancellation Fees:

0% if canceled more than 60 days before the rental period.

50% if canceled between 30 and 60 days before the rental period.

100% if canceled within 30 days of the check-in date.

No Show: 100% of the total amount charged.

FORCE MAJEURE

CASA ULU is not responsible for cancellations and shortened stays due to force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, explosions, fires, civil disobedience, war, epidemics/pandemics, labor disputes, or third-party suspensions. In such cases, CASA ULU may offer rescheduling (rebooking) subject to availability within six months from the time of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES & LOSSES

Security Deposit: A deposit of Rp. 2,500,000 per suite is required upon check-in, refundable upon inspection of the suite at check-out. Damages will be charged to the guest's bill.

RESPONSIBILITY

Personal Belongings: CASA ULU is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during your stay. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

Events Beyond Control: We are not liable for delays, additional costs, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control.

SWIMMING POOL AREA

Guest Risk: Use of the pool is at the guest's own risk. No glass items allowed in the pool area.

INSECTS & PESTS

Tropical Climate: Insects and pests are part of Bali's tropical climate. Management will take action to address any issues.

PETS

No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed in or around the hotel area.

DRUGS & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Prohibition: Guests are not allowed to use or bring illegal substances, flammable liquids, or explosives into the hotel.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian Law. Any legal action arising under this contract will be brought in the appropriate court in Indonesia.
