what is your cancellation policy?

should you need to cancel your reservation at casa ulu, the refund you receive will depend on the time left until your booking date:

full refund if canceled more than 60 days before your booking.
50% refund if canceled between 30 to 60 days before your booking.
no refund if canceled less than 30 days before your booking.

we also offer flexibility in rescheduling your dates to accommodate special circumstances whenever possible.
